WEIGHT LOSS

Well here it is, I lost a total of 5.8 pounds, I didn't too well after the three day diet but I am happy with what I lost. Losing is not the hardest part, the hardest part is keeping it off. After I did the Clevland Clinic Diet for three days I did WW points.

Good for you, Vera. I sure wish I could make myself get started. I want to lose.....worse yet, I need to lose. But I like to eat and I don't like to exercise. I can do it, if I just would. Isn't that crazy?

The hard part for me is loosing and not eating scrumptious food.

I love the pictures, that is a cool idea.

Ms. VERA,

The second photo really shows that you have reduced the weight. The feet also witness the fact.
If the weight is not uncomfortable, then it would be fine not to worry much about it.
