WEIGH IN

I know it's not weigh in time but I wanted to share this.
I started a 3 day diet on Tuesday and I wanted to tell
all how much I lost, and to share the diet with you. I lost
5.2 pounds . I did this diet a few months ago and lost
7 pounds. I just hope I dong gain it back before Tuesday LOL
I do need to tell you I didn't follow it exactly. I didn't eat the
broccoli or cauliflower, not because I didn't like it, I just didn't
want it. I ate a whole banana instead of half (it was small)
I forgot to eat my ice cream the first day so I ate a cup the
second day, I really can't imagine me forgetting to eat ice cream,
but I did.

CLEVLAND CLINIC DIET

To Lose 10 lbs. in 3 days. IT MUST BE FOLLOWED

EXACTLY

DAY 1
Breakfast

1/2 grapefruit
1 slice dry toast
2 Tablespoons peanut butter

LUNCH
2/3 cup dry tuna packed in water
5 saltine crackers
1 slice dry toast

DINNER
2 slices meat (3 oz. any type)
1 cup green beans
1 cup red beets
1 small apple
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
1 egg
1 slice dry toast
1/2 banana

LUNCH
1 cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers

DINNER
2 hot dogs
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 banana
1 small apple

LUNCH
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice dry toast

DINNER
1 cup dry tuna
1cup red beets
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cantaloupe OR
1 cup mixed fruit
1/ 2 cup vanilla ice cream

DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN
AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ANY
OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT AND PEPPER
MAY BE ADDED BUT NO OTHER SPICES OR
SEASONINGS. THIS DIET IS TO BE USED
ONLY 3 DAYS AT A TIME. IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL
LOSE 10 POUNDS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING,
RESUME NORMAL EATING, BUT DON'T OVERDO IT
AFTER 4 DAYS OF NORMAL EATING, START THE
DIET AGAIN. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40 POUNDS
A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO THE DIET. IT IS A SAFE
DIET. DON'T PICK BETWEEN MEALS. DRINK BLACK
COFFEE. GOOD LUCK.

Wow, Vera that sounds like it would be easy to do. I have a couple of questions. Are those beets, pickled beets? I guess for the hot dogs, it's just wieners, right? No bun, slaw and chili. I couldn't eat the grapefruit, tho, because of the cholesterol medicine I take. I only need to lose 10 pounds, maybe I should try it, without the grapefruit, that is.

wow, I think I will give it a try also. I read Janets post,, I love slaw dogs!!! I lived 7 years in Fairmont/Farmington#9 area.. O how I miss it.. GOOD luck on the diet. thanks for sharing..
